Scope of Services

Granada Pest Control agrees to perform pest control services as described in the agreed-upon service plan. This includes inspection, treatment, and preventive measures, as deemed necessary by the provider.

Access and Cooperation

The client agrees to provide the service provider with access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time. The client also agrees to cooperate with any instructions provided by the service provider to facilitate the effective delivery of services. If clients fail to provide access to affected areas or doesn’t follow or comply with technicians and company guidelines, the account is subject to termination and the warranty will be voided.

Payment and Fees

The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the pest control services, as outlined in the provided estimate or contract. Payments are due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing. (a) Mailing personal check payments may take 7-10 days to process. (b) Saving a credit card on file is welcome, but payments will be processed after completion of service or at the end of business of the completed service date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We provide a forty-eight [48] hour reminder of your upcoming appointment date through email to the email(s) provided at the time the account is created. The client may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of twenty-four [24] hours notice. Cancellations made within twelve [12] hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. (a) If the client doesn’t have a validated email on file or disables notifications from Granada Pest Control, Granada Pest Control is not held responsible for notifying clients of upcoming appointments. (B) Granada Pest Control may cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, technician illness or observed Federal holidays.

Guarantees and Warranties

Granada pest Control may offer guarantees or warranties for certain services. Any such guarantees will be outlined in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions specified therein. All pest control services come with a fifteen-day reapplication warranty if issues of pest persist. Granada Pest Control will not return to properties for dead or dying (exposed) insects. Homeowners are responsible for cleaning up any such dead activity. If the service day is past the fifteen [15] day reapplication warranty, the client is responsible for a reapplication at an additional service fee of $25.00.

Liability and Indemnification

Granada Pest Control shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from factors beyond their control, including but not limited to pre-existing structural issues, weather conditions, or the presence of inaccessible areas. The client agrees to indemnify the service provider against any claims arising from the services provided.

Chemical Usage and Safety

Granada Pest Control will use approved and safe chemicals in compliance with local regulations and label Law. The client is responsible for informing Granada Pest Control of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns that may be affected by the chemicals used.

Pets and Children

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that pets and children are kept away from treated areas for the specified duration provided by Granada Pest Control and label Law. Failure to do so may result in injury. Granada Pest Control is not held responsible for failed actions.

Termination/Short-Term Cancellations of Services

Either party may terminate the services by providing written or verbal request, subject to any applicable termination fees or conditions specified in the agreement. If cancellation of service is short term or ‘skipping’ an appointment, the client is responsible for the new rate (example: skipping a monthly service, the client is responsible for the bi-monthly service till services are continued for the regular service agreement). (B) seasonal cancellation- If clients decide to cancel for a duration longer than four (4) months back-to-back, the client is subject to new yearly rate as well as a reactivation fee.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Arizona and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arizona Agricultural Board.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Please review these terms and conditions carefully.
